Roman Town of Carnuntum - Virtual Reconstruction

Virtual reconstruction of the Roman town of Carnuntum and its landscape.
The archaeological site, which covers an extension of more than 10 square kilometres, has been investigated through geophysical prospection methods. This allowed to map the entire area and reveal a complex Roman settlement established along this part of the Danube River at the former province of Noricum.
